ĘMÍ provides a range of creative services, including but not limited to:

• Illustration and graphic design
• Book covers and book binding
• Content editing
• Greeting cards and desk accessories
• Digital assets and downloads
• Logo design and branding
• Printing and surface pattern design
• Paper craft and handmade creations

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update services at any time.

• All orders must be paid in full before work begins or products are shipped.
• Payments are processed securely through approved third-party providers.
• Prices are subject to change, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

• Custom projects (such as logos, book covers, or surface patterns) include an agreed number of revisions, which will be clearly stated in your project proposal.
• Additional revisions or requests outside the original scope may incur extra charges.
• Final design files will only be released once the balance is fully paid.

• Digital products are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once downloaded.
• You may use purchased digital assets for personal or commercial purposes as agreed in the license provided.
• Redistribution, resale, or claiming authorship of our digital products is strictly prohibited.

• Physical products (such as printed goods, greeting cards, or paper craft) are shipped via trusted carriers.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, supply issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

• Cancellations must be requested before work begins or before products are shipped.
• Refunds are not available for completed design work, customized items, or digital downloads.
• For physical goods, refunds or exchanges may be offered only in cases of damage or defect, reported within 7 days of receipt.

• All original designs created by ĘMÍ remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
• Once paid in full, rights may be transferred to the client as outlined in the project agreement.
• ĘMÍ reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios and promotional materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information needed to complete your project.
• Ensure you have the necessary rights or permissions for any content you supply (e.g., text, images).
• Review and approve work within the agreed timeline to avoid project delays.

ĘMÍ is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
• Errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
• Unauthorized use of delivered designs or products by third parties.

ĘMÍ reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
